摘要
目前我国电子工业高洁净等级厂房,净化空调系统采用FFU+干盘管+集中新风机组的形式[1]。在不同参数下,通过分析干盘管的选型,讨论其压差对洁净室运行的影响。
At present,in the high-clean-grade workshops of electronics industry inChina,the purification air-conditioning system adopts the form of FFU+dry coil+centralized fresh air unit[1].Under different parameters,by analyzing the type selection of dry coils,the influence of differential pressure on clean room operation is discussed.
