摘要
马克思主义劳动观指引新时代大学生用务实劳动创造生产力,以责任担当投身中国式现代化建设。在实证调查基础上,以安徽省六所高校为样本,通过问卷和访谈等形式,深入调查分析大学生劳动观现状:在劳动价值观上,虽总体向好,但部分学生对劳动价值认识模糊;在劳动幸福观上,认同要想生活幸福就必须劳动,但存在逃避劳动的想法;在劳动道德观上,认可诚实劳动、珍惜劳动成果,但对投机取巧、坐享其成心存侥幸;在劳动职业观上,尊重职业的平等性,但同时存在劳动功利性取向。学校、家庭、社会等因素影响着劳动观的形成,加强大学生劳动观教育要强化思想引领、丰富内容形式、打造协同育人机制,以促进新时代大学生树立科学劳动观。
The Marxist outlook on labor guides college students in the new era to create productive forces with labor,and to take responsibility for Chinese path to modernization.On the basis of an empirical survey,taking six universities in Anhui Province as samples,in-depth investigation and analysis of college students’labor outlook were conducted through questionnaires and interviews.In terms of value,most college students show a positive attitude,but some of them have a vague understanding of labor value.In terms of happiness,it is agreed that labor is the path to a happy life,but there still exists the idea of avoiding actual labor.In terms of morality,they approve of honest labor and cherish the fruits of labor,but there is a sense of luck in opportunism and taking advantage of it.In terms of profession,they respect the equality of professions,but there is a utilitarian orientation in labor.Factors such as school,family,and society affect the formation of the outlook on labor.Strengthening the education of college students’outlook on labor requires intensifying ideological guidance,enriching content and forms,and creating a collaborative education mechanism to promote the establishment of a scientific labor outlook among college students in the new era.
