摘要
硫氧还蛋白-1(Trx-1)是一种小分子氧化还原蛋白,通常存在于哺乳动物细胞中,通过提供电子或调节相关蛋白来响应不断变化的氧化还原环境。根据现有证据该文将简要介绍Trx-1的基本概念以及Trx-1在脑缺血中的表达变化,重点介绍Trx-1在脑缺血发生后的神经保护作用,包括抗氧化、抗炎、抗凋亡、促进细胞生长、血管再生作用,以及其在脑缺血相关疾病中的作用。
Thioredoxin-1(Trx-1)is a petite redox protein primarily encountered in mammalian cells.It responds to alterations in the redox environment by facilitating electron transfer and regulating associated proteins.This paper provides a concise overview of Trx-1,focusing on its altered expression patterns during cerebral ischemia.The emphasis is on its neuroprotectiveattributes followingcerebralischemia,encompassing anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation,anti-apoptosis,promotion of cell growth,angiogenesis,and its involvement in cerebral ischemia-related pathologies.
