摘要
提升机担负着矿井的主要运输任务,是煤矿生产的重要设备。正珠煤业有限公司副斜井所安装的矿用提升机,主要采用传统的串电阻调速电控系统,该系统不但能耗较大,而且稳定性差,导致煤矿生产效率较低,机械故障频发。为了解决上述技术问题,正珠煤业有限公司在原调速电控系统的基础上进行技术改造,将JKD/GBP-NT-250kW/6kV型高压变频器运用到煤矿电控系统中。经实践应用,改造后的高压变频控制系统简化了工作流程,节省了能源,保障了副斜井提升机的平稳运行,经济效益显著。
The hoist is responsible for the main transportation task of the mine and is an important equipment in coal mine production.The mine hoist installed in the auxiliary inclined shaft of Zhengzhu Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.mainly adopts the traditional series resistance speed control electric control system.This system not only consumes a lot of energy,but also has poor stability,resulting in low production efficiency and frequent mechanical failures in the coal mine.In order to solve the above technical problems,Zhengzhu Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.carried out technical transformation on the basis of the original speed control electrical control system,and applied JKD/GBP-NT-250kW/6kV high-voltage frequency converter to the coal mine electrical control system.Through practical application,the modified high-voltage variable frequency control system has simplified the workflow,saved energy,ensured the smooth operation of the auxiliary inclined shaft hoist,and achieved significant economic benefits.
