摘要
基于油田集输管道受检测技术、检测成本所限,其检测评价技术尚未成熟的问题,本文结合油田集输管道现状及检测技术需求,对油气田集输系统现役Ⅲ类集输管道检测技术进行针对性检测,并分析了尚存在的问题,提出了技术发展的相关建议。通过对在役Ⅲ类集输管道开展整体试压技术研究及应用,并在役管道试压获得测试管道(管段)的整体承载能力及评价,总结并形成了Ⅲ类管道试压检测方法;采用管道内腐蚀多相流预测技术进行实际试验,未来将进一步补齐检测技术的短板,深入开展管道缺陷检测及评价技术研究,开发检测关键设备和装置,建立全生命周期(设计、制造、建设、运行和维护)的非金属管道失效泄漏管控技术体系。
Based on the limitations in detection technology and high cost associated with oilfield gathering pipelines,as well as the immaturity of their detection and evaluation techniques,aiming to address these issues,by considering the current state of oilfield gathering pipelines and their specific technological requirements,a targeted analysis was conducted on the existing type III pipeline detection technology for oil and gas field gathering systems.The study identified prevailing problems and proposed relevant suggestions for further technological development.Through research and application of integrated pressure testing technology for in-service Class III gathering and transportation pipelines,an overall assessment of the bearing capacity of test pipelines(sections)was obtained.Additionally,a comprehensive summary outlining the pressure testing method specifically designed for Class III pipelines was presented.In future endeavors,efforts would be made to address any shortcomings in detection technology by conducting extensive research on pipeline defect identification and evaluation techniques.This included developing essential testing equipment and devices while establishing a nonmetallic pipeline failure leakage control technology system that covered all stages of its life cycle(design,manufacturing,construction,operation and maintenance).
