劳动教育融入应用型高校人才培养的逻辑理路

摘要 劳动教育融入应用型高校的人才培养,不仅有助于重塑劳动教育的重要地位,亦是实现高等教育高质量发展的现实举措和回应经济社会需要的必然选择。新时代劳动教育呈现出许多新的内涵和特征:教育目标上,注重劳动精神面貌、价值取向和技能水平等的多维整体提升,亦强调与其他教育类型的融会贯通;教育内容和形式上,具备多元性、创新性和时代性特征。这些新的内涵和特征为应用型高校人才培养创设了目标导向,提供了教育资源,构筑了育人原则。高校应以劳动新形态引领办学方向,系统构建劳动教育教学体系,以劳动精神渲染大学精神底色。 Integrating labor education into talent training is not only helpful to rebuild the important position of labor education,but also a practical measure to achieve high-quality development of higher education and an inevitable choice to respond to economic and social needs.The education goal focuses on the multi-dimensional improvement of labor spirit,value orientation and skill level,and also emphasizes the integration with other types of education,the content and form of education are diversified,innovative and contemporary.These new connotations and characteristics create a target orientation,provide educational resources and construct educational principles of educating talents for application-oriented universities.Universities should guide the direction of running schools with the new form of labor,build a systematic labor education system,and render the background of university spirit with the spirit of labor.
