流域水生态环境监测全过程质量控制技术研究

摘要 流域水生态环境的监测受布设测点、采集数据质量等影响,导致监测精度下降,且流域范围较大存在监测不完全的现象。为此,提出流域水生态环境监测全过程质量控制技术。模拟流域水生态环境监测工作的全过程,确定影响监测质量的因素,通过调整监测点分布、监测设备改装、数据采集与处理环节优化以及监测指标筛选等步骤,完成流域水生态环境监测全过程质量控制任务。结果表明:在优化控制技术作用下,能够有效降低环境监测误差并扩大监测范围,水温和pH值的监测误差分别降低了0.32℃和0.16,监测范围扩大约35%。 The monitoring of the water ecological environment in a watershed is affected by the placement of measuring points and the quality of collected data,which leads to a decrease in monitoring accuracy.There is a phenomenon of incomplete monitoring in a large watershed.Therefore,a quality control technology for the entire process of watershed water ecological environment monitoring is proposed.By simulate the entire process of monitoring the water ecological environment of a watershed,this paper determines the factors that affect the quality of monitoring,and complete the quality control task of the entire process of monitoring the water ecological environment of a watershed by adjusting the distribution of monitoring points.It modifies monitoring equipment,optimizing data collection and processing,and screening monitoring indicators.The results show that under the action of optimized control technology,environmental monitoring errors can be effectively reduced and the monitoring range can be expanded.The monitoring errors of water temperature and pH value have been reduced by 0.32℃and 0.16 respectively,and the monitoring range has been expanded by about 35%.
