摘要
大尹格庄金矿受高效回采速度及深部资源情况影响,需要及时进行中期通风系统规划以适应深部生产需求。在对中期通风系统进行风量计算和风量分配的基础上,制定通风路线优化方案,借助Ventsim软件建立优化方案的通风系统三维模型,进行了通风容易期和困难期的通风阻力测算,同时通过模拟软件进行了-676m中段主扇选型,确定了主扇运行工况参数。在完成全部优化方案后,在三维通风模型中对整体通风系统运行情况进行了分析,主要井筒进回风模拟风量与设计风量基本一致,主要井巷风速均符合安全规程要求。通过对优化方案进行工程量估算及其他投资概算分析,便于该矿合理安排规划方案的实施。
Due to the impact of efficient mining speed and deep resource conditions,the Dayingezhuang Gold Mine requires timely mid-term ventilation system planning to meet the needs of deep production.Based on the air volume calculation and distribution of the mid-term ventilation system,an optimization plan for the ventilation route was developed.A three-dimensional model of the ventilation system for the optimization plan was established using Ventsim software,and the ventilation resistance during easy and difficult ventilation periods was calculated.At the same time,the selection of the-676m mid section main fan was carried out through simulation software,and the operating conditions parameters of the main fan were determined.After completing all optimization schemes,the operation of the overall ventilation system was analyzed in the 3D ventilation model.The simulated air volume of the main shaft inlet and return air shafts was basically consistent with the designed air volume,and the wind speed of the main shafts met the requirements of safety regulations.By estimating the engineering quantity and analyzing other investment estimates for the optimized plan,it is convenient for the mine to arrange and implement the planning plan reasonably.
