摘要
淮海战役是中外战争史上的伟大奇迹,是光照千秋的历史丰碑,不仅开创了解放战争的胜利局面,也奠定了徐州淮海经济区中心城市的重要地位。“听党指挥、依靠人民、团结协同、决战决胜”的淮海战役精神是党和军队的宝贵财富,不仅成为激励徐州人民奋发向上的精神动力,而且形成了徐州城市发展的核心理念与竞争优势,助力徐州经济的快速发展和经济首位度的不断凸显。新时代新征程,淮海战役精神更激励徐州自觉扛起打赢“新淮海战役”的使命担当,助推徐州淮海区域经济首位度再上新高度。
The Huaihai Campaign is known as a great miracle in the history of Chinese and foreign wars,as well as a historical monument that shines through the ages.It not only resulted in China's victory in the War of Liberation,but also established Xuzhou's pivotal role as the central city in the Huaihai Economic Zone.The Huaihai Campaign spirit,which highlights"the struggle for victory with the support of the people under the command of the Party",is a valuable asset for both the Party and the armed forces.It has served as a source of inspiration and motivation for the people of Xuzhou,instilling a sense of pride and unity.It has also shaped the core idea and competitive advantage of urban development in Xuzhou,contributing to the city's rapid economic growth.The advent of a new era has coincided with a new journey for Xuzhou,which has been further encouraged to assume responsibility for winning a new"Huaihai Campaign."It will significantly promote Xuzhou's primacy ratio in the Huaihai regional economy.
