摘要
本文介绍了一种设计,在余热锅炉系统中增设余热加热装置,在凝结水回水管道中安装一路管线,利用热交换装置将天然气加热,再将低温水回流至锅炉预热器循环加热,从而降低余热锅炉的热量损失,提高热效率,节约能源。相较于传统的水浴炉加热单元配置,该设计无需在调压站内配置水浴炉,从而可减少水浴炉工作燃烧时的天燃气消耗,同时避免水浴炉爆燃、故障或其他不安全情况引发的火灾或爆炸事故,提高了经济性,降低了调压站运行的风险。
This paper introduces a design,adding a waste heat heating device to the heat recovery steam generator(HRSG)system,installing a pipeline in the condensate return pipe,using a heat exchange device to heat the natural gas,and then returning the low-temperature water to the boiler preheater for circulation heating,thereby reducing the heat loss of the waste heat boiler,improving thermal efficiency and saving energy.Compared with the traditional water bath furnace heating unit configuration,this design does not need to configure a water bath furnace in the pressure regulating station,thereby reducing the natural gas consumption of the water bath furnace during combustion,and avoiding fires caused by deflagration,failure or other unsafe conditions of the water bath furnace or explosion accidents,which improves the economy and reduces the risk of operation of the pressure regulating station.
