本文研究了图纸拧紧信息识别技术在工业制造中的应用,旨在通过对图纸拧紧工艺信息的提取和识别,实现对拧紧工艺参数的自动化录入。本文首先介绍了拧紧信息识别技术的背景和意义,然后阐述了拧紧信息提取和识别的原理和方法,包括图像处理、特征提取、模式识别等。最后,通过实验验证了该技术的可行性和优越性,并对同类技术进行了比较分析,为工业制造领域提供有益的参考和指导。
This paper studies the application of drawing tightening information recognition technology in industrial manufacturing,aiming to achieve automated entry of tightening process parameters through the extraction and recognition of tightening process information from drawings.Firstly,this article introduces the background and significance of tightening information recognition technology,and then expounds the principles and methods of tightening information extraction and recognition,including image processing,feature extraction,pattern recognition,etc.Finally,the feasibility and superiority of this technology are verified through experiments,and a comparative analysis is conducted with similar technologies,providing useful reference and guidance for the field of industrial manufacturing.
