摘要
襄阳职业技术学院信息技术学院“123456”陪伴学生成长模式的探索与实践课题围绕四类学生(家庭极度贫困和有心理疾患或生理残疾的学生,全面发展且综合素质特别优秀的学生,专业技能扎实、实践能力突出的学生,其他需要帮扶的学生)的学情特点和陪伴成长需求,开展结合党员干部、教师的业务与能力特长,组建四支队伍,探索实践“4+4”陪伴组织模式,对应四类学生开展针对性陪伴和帮扶,立体构筑“三全育人”工作新格局。
The exploration and practice of"123456"accompanying students’growth mode of Xiangyang Polytechnic’s School of Information Technology focuses on four types of students(students from extremely poor families and with mental illness or physical disability,students with all-round development and excellent comprehensive quality,solid professional skills,etc.).Students with outstanding practical ability and other students in need of help)study characteristics and accompany growth needs,carry out the business division and ability of party members,cadres and teachers,set up four teams,explore the practice of the"4+4"accompany organization model,corresponding to the four types of students to carry out targeted accompany and help,and build a new pattern of"three full education"work.
