基于ADRC的电动汽车内置式永磁同步电机控制策略

摘要 针对电动汽车内置式永磁同步电机在运行过程中存在转速响应差、超调量大和对外界抗干扰能力较低等一系列问题,提出了一种基于自抗扰控制(ADRC)的内置式永磁同步电机控制策略。自抗扰控制器不需要被控对象有精确的数学模型,将被控对象的所有不确定因素视为“未知扰动”,并对这些扰动进行实时补偿。在永磁同步电机控制系统的转速环中应用ADRC控制器取代传统的PI控制器,提高电机的控制精度和对外界的抗干扰能力。同时在内置式永磁同步电机控制系统中,在电机额定转速以下采用最大转矩电流比(MTPA)控制,在额定转速以上采用超前角弱磁的方法实现弱磁扩速。仿真结果表明,所提出控制策略是有效和可靠的。 Aiming at a series of problems such as poor speed response,large overshoot and low anti-interference ability of built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor of electric vehicles during operation,a built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor control strategy based on active disturbance rejection control(ADRC)was proposed.The ADRC did not require an accurate mathematical model of the subject,and all uncertainties of the subject are regarded as“unknown disturbances”and these disturbances are compensated in real time.The ADRC controller was used to replace the traditional PI controller in the speed loop of permanent magnet synchronous motor control system to improve the control accuracy of the motor and the anti-interference ability to the outside environment.In the built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor control system,the maximum torque per ampere(MTPA)was controlled below the rated speed of the motor,and the weak magnetic expansion speed was realized by the method of leading angle weak magnetism above the rated speed.The simulation results verified the effectiveness and reliability of the proposed control strategy.
