This paper expounds the importance of cost control in EPC projects,combined with the specific methods and means of cost control in the implementation stage of several petrochemical EPC projects,briefly describes the basic principles of cost control in the implementation stage of projects,and lists the key points and effective measures of cost control in different implementation stages,such as design,procurement,construction and closing management.
