摘要
本文针对冲压车间的机器人设备需要频繁更换不同的端拾器而带来的通信接触不良问题,提出了一种采用无线传输方式来改变传统的插针物理接触信号传递的技术,在机器人的对接法兰盘上安装WIS无线传输器,用来替代原有的插头插针,这种无接触式的对接,允许机器人与端拾器之间即使有位置偏差,也不会产生信号或电能传输断开,有效地避免了原有物理插针形式的不稳定性,减少了设备故障率,提高了设备运行的稳定性与生产效率。
In this paper,in view of the problem of poor communication contact caused by the frequent replacement of different end picks in the robot equipment in the stamping workshop,a technology using wireless transmission to change the traditional physical contact signal transmission of the insert is proposed.The WIS wireless transmitter is installed on the docking flange of the robot to replace the original plug insert.This non-contact docking allows the robot and the end pick even if there is a position deviation,there will be no signal or power transmission disconnection,effectively avoiding the instability of the original physical insert form,reducing the equipment failure rate,improving the stability and production efficiency of the equipment.
