基于数字孪生与智能视频分析的液碱自动充装应用

摘要 针对化工企业非挥发性液体—液碱,传统方式充装过程存在的操作环节多、人工协同繁、安全隐患大、工作效率低等问题,通过系统分析整体充装过程中关键环节的影响要素,如机械鹤臂自动化水平低、充装灌口依赖人工对齐、充装前后检查不规范、厂内流转涉及环节多等,充分运用过程仿真、智能分析、远程控制等技术,搭建了基于数字孪生与智能视频分析的液碱自动充装系统。该系统目前已在山东某企业进行了实践应用,通过实践证明,该系统可较大提升液碱充装的工作效率、过程安全和智能水平。 In view of the many problems existing in the traditional filling process of non-volatile liquid liquid alkali in chemical enterprises,such as multiple operation links,complicated manual coordination,big security risks and low work efficiency,the influencing factors of key links in the overall filling process were systematically analyzed.For example,the automation level of the mechanical crane arm is low,the filling and filling port rely on manual alignment,the inspection before and after filling is not standardized,and the flow in the factory involves many links,etc.,the process simulation,intelligent analysis,remote control and other technologies are fully used to build a liquid-alkali automatic filling system based on digital twin and intelligent video analysis.The system has been applied in practice in a Shandong enterprise.The system can greatly improve the working efficiency,process safety and intelligence level of liquid alkali filling.
