实时三维超声心动图对评估冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的研究进展

摘要 实时三维超声心动图(RT-3DE)是一种先进的超声技术,能够提供冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CAD)患者的详细心脏功能和结构信息。本文综述了RT-3DE在CAD评估中的应用进展,包括心腔测量、心室壁运动分析、心室功能评估及心肌梗死并发症评估等方面,为CAD患者提供更全面的心血管影像学诊断。 Real-time three-dimensional echocardiography(RT-3DE)is an advanced ultrasound technology that provides detailed cardiac function and structural information of patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CAD).This review summarizes the application progress of RT-3DE in CAD evaluation,including cardiac cavity measurement,ventricular wall motion analysis,ventricular function evaluation and evaluation of myocardial infarction complications,so as to provide a more comprehensive cardiovascular imaging diagnosis for CAD patients.
