摘要
目的分析评估末端可弯输尿管吸引鞘(Flexible Terminal Suction Ureteral Access Sheath,FTS-UAS)联合输尿管软镜治疗上尿路结石的安全性和有效性。方法随机选取尤溪县总医院于2021年9月—2023年9月收治的120例上尿路结石患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分组为观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=60),分别给予末端可弯输尿管吸引鞘联合输尿管软镜治疗和经皮肾镜取石术治疗,比较两组治疗有效率、结石清除率及并发症发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为98.33%,高于对照组的88.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.821,P<0.05)。观察组结石清除率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.924,P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用末端可弯输尿管吸引鞘联合输尿管软镜治疗上尿路结石疗效确切,安全可靠,患者康复效果明显。
Objective To analysis and evaluation of the safety and effectiveness of flexible terminal suction ureteral access sheath(FTS-UAS)combined with ureteral flexible scope in the treatment of upper urinary tract stones.Methods A total of 120 patients with upper urinary tract stones admitted to Youxi County General Hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects and divided into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60)according to the random number table method.The two groups were treated with flexible ureteral suction sheath combined with flexible ureteroscope and percutaneous nephrolithotomy respectively.The effective rate,stone clearance rate and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.33%,which was higher than that of the control group(88.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.821,P<0.05).The stone clearance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.924,P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of flexible terminal suction ureteral access sheath combined with ureteral flexible scope for the treatment of upper urinary tract stones has precise efficacy,is safe and reliable,and the patient's rehabilitation effect is obvious.
