摘要
在石墨烯发热膜功能需要的基础上,通过热传导分析,提出热流密度计算公式。基于热流密度分析结果和石墨烯原膜电学特性,提出石墨烯加热膜电路设计方法。对丝网印制石墨烯原膜,在导电特性测试的基础上,运用基于热流密度的电路设计方法,制备出石墨烯加热膜。设计实例的理论计算与实测结果基本一致,表明该设计方法切实可行。
Study the electrical and thermal properties of graphene heating films,propose heat flux density calculation formulas under different conditions,and design circuits for original films of different thicknesses to achieve the desired electrical and thermal properties without affecting the essence of graphene.Different circuit designs have a certain impact on the electrothermal performance of the heating film under certain conditions.Under certain conditions,the smaller the distance between conductive paths and the more channels there are,the better their conductivity.
