摘要 冶金矿山尾矿库的安全管理非常有必要,企业需要在高瞻远瞩和顶层设计中立足于安全管理的现实需要创建风险智能监测系统,确定安全监测等级、安全监测系统构成以及监测频率,建立健全人工安全监测系统及在线安全监测系统,在现场巡查的过程中保障监测系统的正常运行和管理,确保冶金矿山尾矿库安全管理工作能够顺利落地,积极规避各类安全风险。 The safety management of tailings ponds in metallurgical mines is very necessary.Enterprises need to create a risk intelligent monitoring system based on the reality of safety management in a forward-looking and top-level design,determine the level,composition,and frequency of safety monitoring,establish and improve artificial and online safety monitoring systems,and ensure the normal operation and management of the monitoring system during on-site inspections,Ensure the smooth implementation of safety management for tailings ponds in metallurgical mines and actively avoid various safety risks.
