新闻传播事业与民主政治建设发展相辅相成。在中国共产党领导中国人民建设社会主义民主的进程中,新闻媒体始终坚持党性原则和人民性原则,为人民民主事业进步发挥了重要作用。在全过程人民民主建设的新时代,作为一种民主技术,新闻媒体应树立责任意识,充分发扬“全党办报”、“政治家办报”和“群众办报”的优良传统,坚持党的领导、人民当家作主、依法治国有机统一,强化民主话语建设,将全过程人民民主制度优势转化为治理效能,推动实现人的全面发展和中国式现代化。
The development of the journalism and communication industry complements the construction of democratic politics.In the process of building socialist democracy under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the news media has consistently adhered to the principles of Party consciousness and people-centeredness,playing a crucial role in advancing the cause of people's democracy.In the new era of comprehensive people's democracy construction,as a form of democratic technology,the news media should cultivate a sense of responsibility,fully carry forward the fine traditions of"running newspapers by the entire Party,""politicians running newspapers,"and"masses running newspapers."They should uphold the organic unity of the Party's leadership,the people's principal position,and governance according to law,strengthen the construction of democratic discourse,transform the advantages of the comprehensive people's democracy system into governance effectiveness,and promote the realization of comprehensive human development and the Chinese path to modernization.
