摘要
幸福是青少年微观生存发展的关键内容,也是我国宏观战略执政的重要方向。幸福人生的关键预测变量的研究,一直是教育心理领域的重要研究主题。基于格兰特研究的相关结果,当前研究提出,幸福人生是一种持久的成功且幸福的人生模式。青少年能否拥有幸福人生,与其智商、情商与逆境商“三商”发展有关。最后,提出针对青少年“三商”发展的培养策略。
Happiness is one of the key factors for teenagers’development.Meanwhile,at the macro-level,it is also an important direction for Chinese governance.Thus,research on the predictors of a happy life has always been a hot topic in the fi eld of educational psychology.Based on the results of Grant’s study,the current study suggested that a happy life is a kind of lifestyle full of success and happiness.In addition,teenagers’happy lives are related to the development of their quotients for intelligence quotient,emotional quotient,and adversity quotient.Finally,the research also put forward the approaches of how to trigger the development of these three quotients among teenagers.
