该文探讨边境地区当前流入市场畜禽产品面临的若干问题,包括复杂的产品流通环节、信息不对称、监管不力等。应对的策略主要包括完善全链条追溯系统、强化信息共享、实施联合执法等。展望了未来的前景,包括技术进步带来的机遇、公众意识的提高、政策法规的完善等。可为动物卫生监督机构、市场监督管理部门和海关部门等提供有针对性的建议,全面提升入市畜禽产品的监管效果,满足社会对高质量畜禽产品的需要,保障公众的食品安全权益。
This paper discusses several problems of livestock and poultry products flowing into the market in the border areas,including complex product circulation links,information asymmetry,poor supervision and so on.The countermeasures mainly include improving the whole chain traceability system,strengthening information sharing,and implementing joint law enforcement.The future prospects are looked forward,including the opportunities brought by technological progress,the improvement of public awareness,and the improvement of policies and regulations.It can provide targeted suggestions for animal health supervision agencies,market supervision and management departments and customs departments,comprehensively improve the supervision effect of livestock and poultry products entering the market,meet the needs of society for high-quality livestock and poultry products,and protect the food safety rights and interests of the public.
