2018—2023年新疆乌鲁木齐市主城区鸽新城疫流行情况实验室调查

Laboratory Investigation on the Epidemic of Pigeon Newcastle Disease in the Main Urban District of Urumqi City Xinjiang from 2018 to 2023

摘要 为了解主城区近年鸽散养户新城疫的免疫情况和养殖环境中的流行情况,2018—2023年分别采集4个主城区25个散养户的鸽血清样本1972份、鸽舍环境棉拭子150份、鸽双腔棉拭子750份,通过血凝及血凝抑制试验和荧光定量PCR的方法,进行新城疫抗体水平监测和新城疫病毒核酸检测。结果表明,乌鲁木齐市4个主城区免疫合格率呈逐年上升的趋势,仅2022年鸽新城疫免疫抗体均低于农业农村部规定的70%,其它均高于该标准;4个主城区中环境棉拭子新城疫病毒核酸群体阳性率2018—2023年分别为28%、20%、16%、28%、36%和20%;鸽双腔棉拭子新城疫病毒核酸个体阳性率2018—2023年分别为12.8%、11.2%、8.8%、8%、9.6%和4%。 In order to understand the immunity situation of pigeon free-range farmers and the epidemic situation of Newcastle disease in the breeding environment in the main urban area in recent years,from 2018 to 2023,1972 samples of pigeon serum,150 samples of pigeon shed environmental cotton swabs and 750 samples of pigeon double cavity cotton swabs were collected from 25 in 4 urban districts of Free-range farmers,the antibody level and nucleic acid of Newcastle disease virus(NDV)were detected by hemagglutination test(HA),hemagglutination inhibition test(HI)and fluorescence quantitative PCR(FQ-PCR).The results showed that the immunization qualification rate of 4 main urban areas in Urumqi was increasing year by year.In 2022,the immune antibody of pigeon Newcastle disease was lower than 70%of the standard set by the Ministry of Agriculture and rural areas,and the others were higher than the standard The positive rates of NDV DNA in environmental cotton swabs from 2018 to 2023 were 28%,20%,16%,28%,36%and 20%,respectively,in 4 urban districts,the positive rates of NDV DNA in pigeon swabs were 12.8%,11.2%,8.8%,8%,9.6%and 4%in 2018—2023.
