摘要
[目的]梳理城市轨道交通既有线接触网大修改造实施过程中相关的技术管理和质量安全手段,总结分析方案实施中的难点、要点以及针对性优化措施,评估项目实施效果。[方法]以上海轨道交通3号线北延伸线接触网更新改造项目为背景,以项目主要建设目的为标准,对项目实施过程进行了总体总结,明确了项目实施过程中的技术管理手段,介绍了施工方案审核和优化流程;以现实施工难点为基础,针对施工组织、施工工艺提出了创新优化举措;介绍了管控施工质量、施工安全的各项措施;从项目创新、项目育人等角度进行了项目后评估,并对项目整体实施效果和效益进行了评价。[结果及结论]上海轨道交通3号线北延伸线接触网更新改造项目成功实施,形成了一系列的施工经验、项目监管模式、质量安全管控措施、技术管理手段、施工人员培训方案,可为其他既有线接触网大修改造项目提供借鉴。
[Objective]It is aimed to review the technical management and quality safety measures related to the implementation process of overhaul retrofit projects for existing urban rail transit catenary.The difficulties,key points and targeted optimization measures are analyzed during project implementation,and the project implementation effectiveness is evaluated.[Method]Taking the catenary renewal and retrofit project for Shanghai Rail Transit Line 3 north extension line as study case,the overall implementation process based on project main construction objectives is summarized.The technical management measures during project implementation is clarified,and the construction scheme review and optimization process are described.Innovative optimization measures are proposed based on practical construction challenges related to construction organization and techniques.Various measures for controlling construction quality and safety are introcued.The project is evaluated post-implementation from the perspectives of innovation and personal development,and the overall implementation effects and benefits are assessed.[Result&Conclusion]The catenary renewal and retrofit project for Shanghai Rail Transit Line 3 north extension line has been successfully implemented,forming a series of construction experience,project supervision mode,quality and safety control measures,technical management tools and construction personnel training programs.These can serve as valuable references for other existing catenary overhaul and retrofit projects.
