摘要
目的探讨延长透析时间对维持性血液透析患者认知功能的影响。方法选取2021年3月至2022年6月于寿光和信医院就诊的40例维持性血液透析患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(20例)和观察组(20例),对照组采用每次4 h血液透析,观察组采用每次5 h延长血液透析。两组患者均连续治疗6个月。比较两组患者治疗前和治疗6个月后的认知功能[蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)]和生存质量[生命质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)]。结果观察组治疗6个月后的MoCA量表各项评分和总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗6个月后的QLQ-C30量表各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延长维持性血液透析患者透析时间,利于改善患者的认知功能,提高生存质量。
Objective To explore the effect of extended dialysis time on cognitive function in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 40 patients with maintenance hemodialysis in Shouguang Hexin Hospital from March 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(20 cases)and observation group(20 cases).The control group was treated with hemodialysis for 4 hours each time,and the observation group was treated with extended hemodialysis for 5 hours each time.Both groups were treated for 6 months.The cognitive function(Montreal cognitive assessment[MoCA])and quality of life(quality of life questionnaire[QLQ-C30])were compared between the two groups before treatment and 6 months after treatment.Results After 6 months of treatment,the scores of each item and the total score of MoCA scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The QLQ-C30 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after 6 months of treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Extending the dialysis time of maintenance hemodialysis patients is beneficial to improving the cognitive function of patients and improving the quality of life.
