摘要
目的比较氧化锌丁香油糊剂与Vitapex糊剂在乳牙根尖周炎患儿根管充填治疗中的应用效果。方法队列对照研究。抽取2022年2月至2023年2月西安医学院第三附属医院口腔科收治的乳牙根尖周炎患儿180例,以随机信封法分为对照组与研究组,每组90例。两组均接受根管填充治疗,对照组给予氧化锌丁香油糊剂填充,观察组给予Vitapex糊剂填充。比较两组治疗后根管填充成功率、牙周指数[牙龈出血指数(SBI)、菌斑指数(PLI)]、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、牙齿咬合力、咀嚼效率及复发率。结果治疗后,研究组患儿均填充成功,填充成功率为100%;对照组患儿填充成功81例,填充失败9例,填充成功率为90.00%,研究组填充成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组复发率(7.78%,7/90)低于对照组(26.67%,24/90),P<0.05。治疗后,研究组PLI、SBI、VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组牙齿咬合力及咀嚼效率均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论以Vitapex糊剂作为乳牙根尖周炎患儿根管填充剂,应用效果较好。
Objective To compare the effect of zinc oxide clove oil paste and Vitapex paste in root canal filling treatment of children with periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth.Methods This study was a acohort controlled trial.A total of 180 children with periapical periodontitis of decidulous teeth treated in the Stomatology Department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Medical University from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected,and they were divided into control group and study group by random envelope method,with 90 cases in each group.Both groups received root canal filling treatment,while children in the control group were given zinc oxide clove oil paste filling,and children in the observation group were given Vitapex paste filling.The success rate of root filling,periodontal indexes,including,including gingival bleeding index(SBI)and plaque index(PLI),visual analogue score(VAS)score,bite force,mastication efficiency and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,all the children in the study group were successfully filled,and the success rate was 100%;in the control group,81 cases were successfully filled,and 9 cases failed;the filling success rate was 90.00%.The success rate of filling in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group(7.78%,7/90)was lower than that of the control group(26.67%,24/90),P<0.05.After treatment,the PLI,SBI,and VAS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the bite force and chewing efficiency of the study group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The application of Vitapex paste as root canal filler for children with periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth has a good effect.
