摘要
随着数字农业的兴起,数据日趋成为农业生产与管理的重要内容。然而,数据的确权问题逐渐凸显,成为制约数字农业发展的关键因素。在“数据二十条”背景下,结合法律、技术、市场机制和管理模式等多角度对农业企业数据确权模式进行探讨,以期为农业企业进行数据确权提供指导和建议,促进产业健康发展。
With rise of digital agriculture,data has increasingly become an important aspect of agricultural production and management.However,issue of data rights confirmation gradually emerges as a key factor restricting development of digital agriculture.In context of the"Data Twenty Articles",data rights confirmation model for agricultural enterprises was explored from multiple perspectives such as law,technology,market mechanisms,and management models.The aim is to provide guidance and suggestions for agricultural enterprises in data ownership con-firmation and promote healthy development of the industry.
