基于FLAC 3D的断层对煤层回采的影响研究

摘要 为研究袁店一井煤矿五沟-杨柳断层对815工作面开采过程中围岩的影响,并确定防水煤柱的合理尺寸,采用FLAC 3D进行数值模拟,分析了815工作面在开采过程中断层对煤层工作面回采时围岩的影响及其工作面的竖向应力、剪切应力、位移的变化,判断在实际开采过程中可能出现的情况。结果表明:煤层在开挖过程中,沿着断层方向纵向应力场逐渐增大,随煤柱宽度减小,断层受采煤作用的影响愈加明显。在煤柱至断层方向,按照815工作面防隔水宽度理论计算结果留设120~135 m煤柱是合理可行的,可为实际工程提供可行性参考。 In order to study the influence of Wugou-Yangliu fault in Yuandian First Well Coal Mine on the surrounding rock during the mining process of 815 working face and determine the reasonable size of the waterproof coal pillar,FLAC 3D numerical simulation is adopted.The influence of fault on surrounding rock during mining of coal seam face and the change of vertical stress,shear stress and displacement of working face in the mining process of 815 working face and the possible situation in the actual mining is process analysed.The results show that:in the process of excavation,the longitudinal stress field gradually increases along the fault direction,and with the decrease of the pillar width,the fault is more affected by coal mining.It is reasonably feasible to keep 120~135 m coal column in the fault direction according to the theoretical calculation results of the water prevention width of 815 working face.
