扇形曲面金属屋面抗风揭试验及加固措施研究

摘要 以乌鲁木齐机场改扩建工程机场工程交通中心为工程背景,通过开展抗风揭试验研究了檩条间距、抗风夹和屋面板长度对结束屋面抗风揭能力的影响。试验结果表明:檩条间距对金属屋面抗风揭能力的影响较小,但为防止屋面出现大面积脱扣破坏,可适当缩小檩条间距;抗风夹可改变屋面破坏模式,由脱扣破坏转变为撕裂破坏,主要原因是屋面破坏由咬合强度控制变为屋面强度控制,且抗风夹可明显提升屋面抗风揭能力;屋面板长度较短时,屋面鼓起程度小且疲劳损伤轻微,因此屋面板长度较短时屋面抗风揭能力较强。 This article took the transportation center of the Urumqi Airport Reconstruction and Expansion Project as the engineering background,and conducted wind resistance tests to study the effects of purlin spacing,wind resistance clamps,and roof panel length on the wind resistance of the end roof.The test results show that the influence of purlin spacing on the wind resistance of the metal roof is relatively small,but to prevent large-scale detachment damage to the roof,the purlin spacing can be appropriately reduced.Wind resistant clips can change the roof failure mode from detachment failure to tearing failure,mainly due to the change from bite strength control to roof strength control,and wind resistant clips can significantly improve the roof's wind resistance.The length of the roof panel is relatively short,the degree of roof bulging is small,and the fatigue damage is slight.Therefore,the roof has strong wind resistance when the length of the roof panel is relatively short.
