摘要
随着全球科技创新加速和国际竞争日益激烈,科技竞争与科技安全成为当今世界面临的重要议题之一。通过阐述当前国际科技竞争背景与我国加强科技安全治理的紧迫性,进一步分析了我国强化科技安全的应对之策,提出了坚决抵制狭隘技术民族主义、加强科技安全立法、健全科技安全治理体系、加强科技安全研究和教育等一系列可行性路径,以期对促进国家科技创新和保障国家科技安全提供一定的理论与实践参考。
With the acceleration of global scientific and technological innovation and increasingly fierce international competition,scientific and technological competition and technological security have become one of the important issues facing the world today.By expounding the current background of international science and technology competition and the urgency of strengthening science and technology security in China,this paper further analyzes the countermeasures of strengthening science and technology security in China,and puts forward a series of feasible paths such as resolutely resisting narrow technology nationalism,strengthening science and technology security legislation,improving science and technology security governance system,and strengthening science and technology security research and education,in order to provide certain theoretical value for promoting national scientific and technological innovation and ensuring national science and technology security.
