摘要
目的探究基于线性回归分析临床护士人文关怀能力的影响因素。方法选择为2022年1~5月广西壮族自治区桂东人民医院临床护士500名作为研究对象,采用关怀能力评价量表(CAI)、情绪智力量表(EIS)、支持性沟通量表(SCS)分别评估护士关怀能力、情绪智力、支持性沟通能力,自制问卷调查护士个人情况、家庭背景:包括家庭经济状况、职业兴趣感、工作环境、健康与照护经历及关怀学习情况,进行单因素分析的基础上,利用线性回归分析临床护士人文关怀能力的影响因素。结果500名护士调查结果表明,认知水平维度评分为(80.96±12.85)分,勇气维度评分为(55.85±13.85)分,耐心维度评分为(60.054±10.75)分,CAI量表总分为(195.75±28.86)分。不同性别、年龄、学历层次、婚姻状况、性格护士CAI量表总分对比无差异(P>0.05),不同政治面貌、工作年限、聘用形式护士CAI量表总分对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同家庭经济状况、家人健康状况、工作中有无发生不良事件、有无住院经历、有无照护病患经历、从事护理专业的意愿护士间CAI量表总分对比无差异(P>0.05),不同护理专业的喜爱程度、领导重视程度、月收入、与同事的关系、人文关怀内容熟悉程度、接受人文关怀培训、情绪智力、支持性沟通能力护士CAI量表总分对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。回归方程为:Y=37.65+4.76×政治面貌×1.86×工作年限+5.54×聘用形式(编制)+3.75×护理专业的喜爱程度+6.17×领导重视程度+4.34×月收入+2.86×与同事的关系+3.65×人文关怀内容熟悉程度+5.75×接受人文关怀培训+5.86×情绪智力+7.44×支持性沟通能力,R2=0.564,F=17.86。结论认识水平维度处于中等,勇气维度、耐心维度及CAI量表总分均处于较低水平。政治面貌、工作年限、聘用形式、护理专业的喜爱程度、领导重视程度、情绪智力、支持性沟通能力等�
Objective To investigate the influencing factors foRhumanistic care ability of clinical nurses based on the lineaRregression analysis.Methods A total of 500 clinical nurses in Guidong People’s Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from January 2022 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The Caring Ability Inventory(CAI),Emotional Intelligence Scale(EIS),and Supportive Communication Scale(SCS)were used to assess nurses’caring ability,emotional intelligence,and supportive communication ability,respectively.Self-administered questionnaires were used to investigate nurses’personal situation and family background:including family economic status,sense of professional interest,work environment,health and care experience and caring learning.Influencing factors foRhumanistic care ability of clinical nurses were analyzed using lineaRregression based on univariate analysis.Results The survey results of 500 nurses showed that the scores of cognitive level dimension,courage dimension,patience dimension and total CAI scores were(80.96±12.85),(55.85±13.85),(60.054±10.75)and(195.75±28.86)points,respectively.There were no significant differences in the total CAI scores in nurses of different gender,age,educational level,marital status,and personality(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the total CAI scores among nurses of different political outlook,years of working experience,and employment form(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the total CAI scores among nurses with different family economic status,family health status,occurrence of adverse events at work,experience of hospitalization,experience of caring foRpatients,and willingness to engage in nursing profession(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the total CAI scores among nurses with different love of nursing profession,importance of leadership,monthly income,relationship with colleagues,familiarity with humanistic care content,training in humanistic care,emotional intelligence,and supportive communication skills
