摘要
作为主慢化剂系统的辅助系统,慢化剂覆盖气系统发挥着重要作用,但系统设计上仍存在缺陷,使系统正常投运期间水环式压缩机无法正常疏排机械密封引漏水,导致高氚重水在疏水管线中积聚并最终从备用机械密封处泄漏到外部环境中。在机组投入正常商业运行后,随着这一缺陷问题的逐渐暴露,为此展开了一系列分析检查,最终定位了慢化剂覆盖气系统上存在的设计缺陷。通过变更压缩机疏水管线、拆除管线止回阀等一系列举措,先后经过3次改进和调整,彻底解决了系统上存在的设计缺陷问题。
As an auxiliary system of the main moderator system,the blanket gas system of moderator plays an important role.However,due to a defect in system design,the water-ring compressor could not properly drain the leakage of the mechanical leak-off connection during the normal operation of the system,leading to the accumulation of high-tritium heavy water in the drainage pipeline and ultimately leaking from the backup mechanical seal into the external envi⁃ronment.After the unit was put into normal commercial operation,this defect was gradually exposed,a series of analysis and inspection were carried out,and the design defect in the blanket gas system of moderator was ultimately located.Through a series of measures such as changing the drainage pipeline of the compressor and dismantling the check valve of the pipeline,and the design defect in the system has been completely solved after three improvements and adjustments.
