科研流动与主题转换关系研究——以人机交互领域高影响力学者为例

摘要 科研流动和主题转换是普遍存在的科研活动,均对科研绩效有重要影响。研究主题转换反映了知识信息的发展变化,适度的主题转换能带来学科交叉融合,并更易产生创新性成果,因此主题转换的成因和场景受到学者特别关注。本研究聚焦科研流动与主题转换的关系,以新兴科技领域人机交互高影响力学者为例,分析了科研流动对学者主题转换的影响。采用履历分析方法测度科研人员流动,采用自然语言处理的Doc2Vec算法和近邻传播算法(AffinityPropagation)相结合识别研究主题并聚类,对人机交互领域的学者流动和主题转换特征进行分析,并从描述分析和统计分析两个角度研究了科研流动和主题转换之间的关系。研究发现,人机交互领域的高影响力学者科研流动和研究主题转换较为普遍,科研人员流动与主题转换之间存在显著正向关系,且不同阶段的流动和不同属性的流动对主题转换具有显著的正向影响,工作阶段的流动次数对主题转换的影响要大于教育阶段的流动。 Scientific mobility and research topic switching are ubiquitous in science,both of which significantly impact performance.Research topic switching reflects the development and exchanges of knowledge and information,which may bring about cross-discipline integration to produce innovative results.Therefore,the causes and settings of topic switching have gradually attracted the attention of scholars.This research focuses on the relationship between scientific mobility and topic switching.The study examines how the flow of researchers affects the topic switching of scholars,with high-impact scientists in the field of human-computer interaction as a case study.The flow of scientific researchers is measured using the curriculum vitae(CV)analysis method,combine Doc2Vec and Affinity Propagation algorithm to identify the research topics,analyze characteristics of researcher flow and topic switching in the field of human-computer interaction,and investigate the relationship between the scientific mobility of different stages and attributes and topic switching by descriptive analysis and statistical analysis.It has been observed that researchers who have a high impact in human-computer interaction tend to move from one institution to another.Scientific mobility and topic switching have a significant positive relationship,from different stages and attributes.The flow in the work stage has more impact on topic switching than the education stage.
