摘要
建设数字乡村既是乡村振兴的战略方向,也是建设数字中国的重要内容。数字赋能乡村文化振兴就是运用数字技术为农民“赋技”“赋智”,拓宽乡村文化数字化传播的渠道,为乡村文化传承营造更加开放便利的网络虚拟空间,促进乡村多元文化的活态式保护、动态式传承。为推动数字技术更好地赋能乡村文化振兴,针对这一赋能过程中所面临的困境,亟须从推进乡村数字基础设施提档升级、培育乡村数字化技术人才强基固本以及打造“信息蜂房”开拓乡村文化传播新渠道等角度着手,为乡村文化振兴提供数字动能和数字支撑,实现乡村全面振兴。
Digital village is both a strategic direction for Rural Revitalization Strategy and a key component of building digitally-empowered China.The revitalization of rural culture through digital means involves using technology to empower and equip farmers with skills and intelligence,broadening the channels for rural cultural dissemination,creating more open and convenient virtual spaces for rural cultural heritage,and promoting the dynamic protection and inheritance of diverse rural cultures.To better empower rural cultural revitalization with digital technology and address the challenges encountered in this process,it is imperative to focus on upgrading the rural digital infrastructure,nurturing rural digital technology talent,and creating new channels for rural cultural dissemination through establishing digital hubs.These efforts aim to provide effective support and digital empowerment for rural cultural revitalization,ultimately achieving rural revitalization on all fronts.
