纺织品中双酚类物质含量的测定

摘要 建立了测定纺织品中双酚S、双酚F、双酚E、双酚A、双酚B、双酚AF、双酚AP含量的超声提取-超高效液相色谱串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)方法。样品经超声提取、净化后,利用UPLC-MS/MS进行测定,内标法定量。结果表明:双酚S和双酚AP在5~300μg/L范围内线性关系良好,其余物质在5~500μg/L线性关系良好。7种物质的回收率在89.3%~110.1%,相对标准偏差在1.1%~9.6%,检出限为4~20μg/kg。通过测定重复水洗、皂洗后织物中双酚类物质含量,研究了其在服装用纺织品中的耐洗稳定性,表明皂洗相比水洗具有更强的去除双酚类物质的效果,但不能保证完全去除。 A method for determination of bisphenol S,bisphenol F,bisphenol E,bisphenol A,bisphenol B,bi⁃sphenol AF and bisphenol AP in textiles by ultrasonic extraction-ultra high performance liquid chromatographytandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)is established.After ultrasonic extraction and purification,the sam⁃ple is determined by UPLC-MS/MS and quantified by internal standard method.The results show that bisphe⁃nol S and bisphenol AP have good linear relationships in the range of 5-300μg/L,and the other substances con⁃form that in the range of 5-500μg/L.The recovery rates of 7 substances are in the range of 89.3%-110.1%,the relative standard deviations are between 1.1%and 9.6%,and the detection limits are 4-20μg/kg.The washing stability of bisphenols in clothing textiles is studied by determination of bisphenols after certain repeats of washings with water and soap,respectively.It indicates that washing with soap shows a stronger effect on re⁃moving bisphenols than washing with water,but can not completely remove them.
