树脂基复合材料玻璃化转变温度测量不确定度的评估

摘要 本文对使用动态热机械分析仪(DMA)检测树脂基复合材料的玻璃化转变温度的测量不确定度进行评估。通过进行DMA法测定树脂基复合材料不确定度的来源分析,如动态热机械(DMA)测量仪器重复性、环境温度、样品批次间差异等,并对各不确定度进行了量化评估,得到了动态热机械(DMA)测定玻璃化转变温度结果的合成不确定度。确定了树脂基复合材料玻璃化转变温度测量不确定度的主要影响因素,该不确定度的评估,有利于提高检测结果的可靠性,可以为测定结果的科学表达提供依据。 This paper evaluates the measurement uncertainty of glass transition temperature of resin matrix composites using dynamic thermomechanical(DMA).By analyzing the sources of uncertainties in the determination of resin matrix composites by DMA,such as repeatability of DMA instrument,ambient temperature,sample batch differences,etc.Evaluating the uncertainties quantitatively,the synthetic uncertainty of the determination of glass transition temperature by DMA was obtained.The main influencing factors of the measurement uncertainty of glass transition temperature of resin matrix composites are determined.The evaluation of the uncertainty is beneficial to improve the reliability of the test results and providing the basis for the scientific expression of the test results.
