摘要
市政污水管道多应用顶管施工技术,却受到距离长短、自然条件等制约,容易出现后背破坏、阻力较大等情况,缺乏可借鉴经验,需结合工程情况对其仔细研究。基于此,本文简要阐述顶管施工技术概述,以沙河涌流域白云段清污分流工程为例,对井施工、吊装顶管机、工艺流程、施工参数、顶管机予以分析,并检验其施工效果,结果表明施工技术造价可控性高,能够保证施工安全。
The mechanical pipe jacking construction technology is widely used in municipal sewage pipelines,but it is restricted by the distance and natural conditions,which is easy to cause back damage and large resistance,and lacks experience for reference.Based on this,this paper briefly describes the overview of pipe jacking construction technology.Taking the cleaning diversion project of Baiyun Section in Shaheyong Basin as an example,the well construction,hoisting pipe jacking machine,process flow,construction parameters and pipe jacking machine are analyzed,and the construction effect is tested.The results show that the construction technology cost is highly controllable and can ensure the construction safety.
