摘要
无溶剂贴面技术在超纤革贴面产品中广泛应用,包含沙发、鞋革、箱包等。为了改善产品的手感、降低生产成本,填料被广泛应用。本文主要探究了不同添加量的CaCO_(3)对无溶剂贴面产品的性能影响,对反应时间、物理性能、耐磨性能、软度等指标进行对比。同时,分析了产品的微观结构,确定了适量添加碳酸钙可以改善产品手感,提高软度,降低成本,对产品性能指标没有影响,最佳添加量为A组分的40%~60%。
Solvent-free veneer technology is widely used in microfiber leather veneer products,including sofa,shoe leather,luggage and so on.In order to improve the feel of products and reduce production costs,fillers are wide⁃ly used.In this paper,the effects of different amounts of CaCO_(3) on the properties of solvent-free veneer products were mainly explored,and the reaction time,physical properties,wear resistance properties,softness and so on were com⁃pared.At the same time,the microstructure of the products was analyzed,and it was determined that the appropriate amount of CaCO_(3) could improve the feel of the products,improve the softness,reduce the cost,and had no effect on the performance indexes of the products.The optimal amount of CaCO_(3) is 40%~60%of component A.
