摘要
缩小城乡居民劳动收入分配差距是推动共同富裕的重要途径。本文从对城乡居民劳动收入差距的概念界定出发,沿着“现实考察-差距分解-收敛性分析-影响因素分析”的路径开展研究。研究发现:第一,城乡居民劳动收入差距呈现缩小趋势,地区间差异成为城乡居民劳动收入差距总差异的主要来源;第二,城乡居民劳动收入差距总体存在σ收敛,三大地区绝对β收敛走向分化;第三,城镇化水平与技术创新水平的提升有利于缩小城乡居民劳动收入差距,但产业结构升级的作用效果相反。基于此,为进一步缩小城乡居民劳动收入差距,应当协同推进新型城镇化建设与乡村振兴战略,切忌对劳动密集型产业进行“一刀切”“全淘汰”,进一步重视劳动者素质与技术创新的适配性。
Reducing the labor income distribution gap between urban and rural residents is an important way to promote common prosperity.Starting from the definition of the laborbased income gap between urban and rural residents,this paper carries out its research activities along the path of"reality investigation--gap decomposition--convergence analysis--influencing factor analysis".It finds out three important viewpoints.Firstly,the labor income gap between urban and rural residents is showing a narrowing trend,and regional differences have become the main source of the total labor income gap between urban and rural residents.Secondly,it also shows that the overall gap between urban and rural residents indicatesσconvergence,and the absoluteβconvergence in three research regions are diverging.Thirdly,the improvement of urbanization level and technological innovation level is conducive to narrowing down the gap between urban and rural residents,but the effect of industrial structure upgrading is opposite.Therefore,to further narrow down the labor-based income gap,we can coordinate the promotion of new urbanization construction and rural revitalization strategies,avoid"one size fits all"or"complete elimination"of labor-intensive industries,and further attach importance to the adaptability of labor quality and technological innovation.
