摘要
目的 挖掘治疗原发性高血压的国家专利中药复方,分析其用药规律,为临床选药组方提供启发。方法 以高血压and中药为检索关键词检索后整理国家知识产权局下属的中国专利公布公告网站公示的授权专利,通过Microsoft Excel 2018创建数据库并对中药频次进行统计分析;使用SPSS Statistic 26.0和SPSS Modeler 18.0对高频中药(频次≥20)进行性味归经分析、关联规则分析、系统聚类分析,构建复杂网络图;基于Cytoscape发掘核心处方。结果 筛选纳入专利复方178项,涉及中药427味,所用频次≥20的中药有26味,排名前3位的分别是丹参、葛根、夏枯草,药物四气以寒、温、平为主,五味以甘、苦为主,归经中肝、脾、心、肾经居多。关联规则分析中支持度排名靠前的有丹参-葛根、丹参-杜仲、葛根-杜仲等药对;聚类分析得到6组中药组合;发掘的新处方药物组成为丹参、葛根、夏枯草、茯苓、川芎、钩藤、杜仲。结论 国家专利中药复方治疗原发性高血压多选用丹参、葛根、夏枯草等中药,并根据具体辩证配伍不同药物。
Objective To explore the national patent Chinese medicine compound for the treatment of essential hypertension,analyze its medication rules and provide inspiration for clinical drug selection.Methods Using hypertension and traditional Chi-nese medicine as search keywords,the authorized patents published on the China Patent Announcement website affiliated to the State Intellctual Property Office were sorted out,and the database was created by Microsoft Excel 2018 and the frequency of tra-ditional Chinese medicine was statistically analyzed.SPSS Statistic 26.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used to analyze the meridi-an tropism,association rules and cluster analysis of high-frequency Chinese medicines(frequency≥20),and a complex network diagram was constructed.The core prescription was explored based on Cytoscape.Results A total of 178 patent compound pre-scriptions were screened and included,involving 427 kinds of Chinese drugs.There were 26 kinds of Chinese drugs with frequen-cy≥20.The top three were Danshen(Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma),Gegen(Puerariae Lobatae Radix)and Xiakucao(Prunellae Spica).The four properties of the drugs were mainly cold,warm and flat,and the five flavors were mainly sweet and bitter.The liver,spleen,heart and kidney meridians were the majority.In the analysis of association rules,Danshen(Salviae Milt-iorrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma)-Gegen(Puerariae Lobatae Radix),Danshen(Salviae Miltiorhizae Radix Et Rhizoma)-Duzhong(Eucommiae Cortex),Gegen(Puerariae Lobatae Radix)-Duzhong(Eucommiae Cortex)and other drug pairs ranked high in sup-port;cluster analysis obtained 6 groups of Chinese drugs combination;the excavated new prescription drugs were composed ol Danshen(Salviae Miltiorhizae Radix Et Rhizoma),Gegen(Puerariae Lobatae Radix),Xiakucao(Prunellae Spica),Fuling(Po-ria),Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma),Gouteng(Uncariae Ramulus Cum Uncis)and Duzhong(Eucommiae Cortex).Conclu-sion The national patent traditional Chinese medicine compound in the treatment of essential hypertension mostly uses
