摘要
为了满足对船舶制造车间中各类制造资源的管控的需要,开发了一套基于数字孪生的船舶制造车间管理系统,以动态可视化形式管控车间中设备、人员、物料、生产计划等关键要素,实现了基于消息队列遥测传输协议(message queuing telemetry transport,MQTT)的设备实时信息展示,以及基于超宽带(ultra wide band,UWB)的车间人员动态定位管理。以车间中的人员定位及焊机状态管理为实例验证了本系统的可行性。实验结果表明本系统在实现车间关键要素的管控中是可行的。
In order to meet the need of management and control of various manufacturing resources in the shipbuilding workshop,a set of shipbuilding workshop management system based on digital twins was developed,which controls the key elements of the workshop including equipment,personnel,materials,and production plans in a dynamic visual form,realizing the real-time information display of equipment based on MQTT protocol,as well as the dynamic positioning management of workshop personnel based on UWB.The feasibility of this system was verified through the example of personnel positioning and welding machine status management in the workshop.The experimental results indicate that this system is feasible in achieving the control of key elements in the workshop.
