摘要
为降低售电公司在电力交易中的偏差考核电量和惩罚成本,以在用户负荷中占比较高的温控负荷为控制对象,建立配电网监测控制系统,收集电力市场和居民负荷数据,再根据这些数据设计基于聚合温控负荷群双层优化调度模型的直接负荷控制策略。仿真结果表明,该策略能降低配电网功率不平衡性,有效增加温控负荷的可调度容量,减少温控负荷的调度次数,降低售电公司的偏差考核电量,提高售电公司利润。
In order to reduce the deviation assessment electricity and penalty cost of the electricity sales company in the power trading,the temperature-controlled load with a high proportion in the user load is taken as the control object,a monitoring and control system of distribution network is established to collect the data of power market and residential loads,and then a direct load control strategy based on the bi-layer optimal dispatching model of the aggregated temperature-controlled load group is designed according to the data.The simulative results show that the strategy can reduce the power imbalance of distribution network,effectively increase the dispatchable capacity of the temperature-controlled load,reduce the dispatch number of the temperature-controlled load and the deviation assessment electricity of the electricity sales company,and increase the profit of the electricity sales company.
