As an environmentally friendly and efficient inspection method,green analysis and testing technology has attracted much attention in the field of food safety.This technology reduces the use of chemical reagents and waste generation by optimizing detection methods and processes,while providing high sensitivity,high accuracy,and fast response.This paper introduces the concept and characteristics of green analysis technology,discusses the classification of this technology and its specific application in food inspection,and aims to provide a reference for technological innovation in the field of food inspection and promote the green,efficient and accurate development of food inspection technology.
