摘要
目的探讨外科护理学融入课程思政改革对护生专业承诺的影响。方法采用方便抽样法,选取2021年9月—2022年6月山东省某医学院护理专业大三年级的护理本科生171人为研究对象,其中对照组(80人)采用传统授课模式,干预组(91人)采用课程思政改革方案。通过专业承诺量表评价教学改革的应用效果。结果教学改革实施后,干预组的专业承诺总分为(97.53±10.50)分,高于对照组的(88.58±12.52)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外科护理学融入课程思政改革具有必要性,有助于护生专业承诺水平的提高,提升护生的职业素养。
Objective To explore the effect of ideological and political education in surgical nursing teaching on nursing students′professional commitment.Methods Using convenience sampling,from September 2021 to June 2022,171 nursing undergraduates in the third year of their nursing major at a medical college in Shandong Province were selected as the research subjects.The control group of 80 students was taught traditional instruction,the intervention group of 91 students was taught in ideological and political education.The effect of teaching reform was analyzed through the professional commitment scale.Results After teaching,the total score of professional commitment of the intervention group(97.53±10.50)is higher than that of the control group(88.58±12.52).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is necessary for the ideological and political reform of surgical nursing teaching.It is helpful to contribute the professional commitment level of nursing students,improve the professional quality of nursing students.
