摘要
X射线荧光光谱仪因检测方法方便快捷、样品制备过程简单、可实现无损操作以及多元素多通道同时检测等优势在贵金属珠宝测试领域有着广泛的应用。实际情况中,除实验室专业检测人员外的多数从业者未经过严格的培训和指导,缺乏相应的防护常识,对辐射危害了解不足。针对X射线荧光光谱仪的辐射危害,从使用原理、仪器构造、辐射类型等方面分析,对辐射标准做简单介绍,用辐射仪检测得出实际辐射情况,并提出相应的防护措施,为相关行业的从业人员提供参考和指导。
X-ray fluorescence spectrometer has been widely used in the field of precious metal jewelry due to its advantages of rapid and simple for sample preparation,non-destructive operation,as well as multi-element and multi-channel simultaneous detection.In actual situations,except the professional laboratory testing personnel,most of the operator lack of a sense of strict pre-job training and guidance,which resulting in the lack of corresponding protection knowledge.The radiation hazard of X-ray fluorescence spectrometer was analyzed from the use principle,instrument structure,radiation type and other aspects,and the radiation standard was briefly introduced.The radiation level was obtained by the field measurement,and the corresponding protection measures were put forward to provide reference and guidance for the practitioners.
