摘要
目的:综合评价同期训练对心血管疾病风险因素的干预效果。方法:通过Web of Science、EBSCO、PubMed、Medline、EMBASE、中国知网(CNKI)等数据库检索自建库至2023年6月30日的相关文献,采用Review Manager 5.4软件进行Meta分析,以PEDro量表评价文献质量。共纳入19项研究,涉及921例样本。PEDro量表评分有13篇文献评价为6~8分,6篇文献评价为4~5分,平均值为6分,总体方法学质量较高。结果:同期训练组与对照组相比,对于受试者的收缩压与舒张压的改善虽仅有较小的效应量,但结果仍有显著的改善效果;同期训练能够显著地改善受试者的甘油三酯、总胆固醇,并呈现出小到中等的效应量,但对血糖没有显著影响;同期训练对受试者最大摄氧量有中等程度的改善,且具有非常显著性影响。结论:同期训练能够有效改善受试者的血压(收缩压和舒张压)、最大摄氧量、胆固醇和甘油三酯水平,但对于血糖并未产生积极影响;同期训练对于心血管疾病的预防和改善是一种有效的方法。
OBJECTIVE:To comprehensively evaluate the intervention effects of concurrent training on risk factors for cardiovascular disease.METHODS:Relevant literature from self-built databases up to June 30,2023,was retrieved from databases such as Web of Science,EBSCO,PubMed,Medline,EMBASE,and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI).Meta-analysis was conducted using Review Manager 5.4 software,and the quality of the literature was assessed using the PEDro scale.A total of 19 studies involving 921 participants were included.The PEDro scale scores indicated that 13 articles were rated 6-8 points and 6 articles were rated 4-5 points,with an average score of 6,indicating overall high methodological quality.RESULTS:Compared with the control group,concurrent training showed a small effect size in improving systolic and diastolic blood pressure but still resulted in significant improvements.Concurrent training significantly improved triglyceride and total cholesterol levels,showing small to moderate effect sizes,but had no significant effect on blood glucose.Concurrent training had a moderate effect on maximal oxygen uptake and had a highly significant impact.CONCLUSION:Concurrent training effectively improves blood pressure(systolic and diastolic),maximal oxygen uptake,cholesterol,and triglyceride levels in participants,but does not have a positive influence on blood glucose.Concurrent training is an effective method for the prevention and improvement of cardiovascular disease.
