摘要
[目的]分析云南省居民营养健康知识知晓情况及影响因素,为营养干预政策制定提供科学依据。[方法]采用问卷调查的方式收集云南省7个州(市)10个区(市、县)的3440名18~64岁居民营养健康知识知晓率,根据调查内容进行基本情况分析、t/F检验和线性回归分析,检验水准α=0.05。[结果]调查对象的营养健康知识总体知晓率为16.9%,单因素分析显示,营养健康知识得分与性别、年龄、文化程度、职业和健康状况的差异有统计学意义。Logistics回归分析显示,性别、文化程度为营养健康知识知晓率的影响因素。线性回归分析表明,性别、文化程度是影响居民营养健康知识知晓水平的重要因素,呈现文化程度越高,知晓率越高的趋势,且女性知晓率高于男性。[结论]云南省居民营养健康知识知晓水平相对偏低,有较大的提升空间,应进一步加强营养知识宣传教育,提高居民营养健康素养。
Objective This paper analyzes the awareness of nutrition and health knowledge among residents in Yunnan Province and its influencing factors,to provide the scientific basis for formulating nutrition intervention policies.Methods The awareness about nutrition and health knowledge among 3440 residents aged 18-64 from ten districts(cities and counties)in seven prefectures(cities)of Yunnan Province was collected by questionnaire survey.The analysis of basic situation,T-test,F-test and linear regression analysis were conducted according to the survey,and the test levelα=0.05.Results The overall awareness rate of nutrition and health knowledge was 16.9%.Univariate analysis showed that the differences between scores of nutrition and health knowledge and gender,age,education level,occupation and health status had statistical significance.Logistics regression analysis showed that gender and education level were the factors influencing the awareness rate of nutrition and health knowledge.Linear regression analysis showed that gender and education level were important factors affecting the awareness of nutrition and health knowledge of residents.The awareness rate was higher while education level was higher,and the awareness rate of women was higher than that of men.Conclusions The awareness about nutrition and health knowledge of residents in Yunnan Province is relatively low,and there is a large room for improvement.The publicity and education of nutrition knowledge should be further strengthened to improve the nutrition and health literacy of residents.
