摘要
“双减”政策的全面实施,对高职院校体育教育专业教师的学科教学知识(PCK)提出更高要求。该文建立了一个高职体育教育专业教师PCK思路框架,由3所高职院校的15位体育教育专业教师参与,实施了2轮行动研究,以探索“双减”背景下高职体育教育专业教师学科教学知识(PCK)的提高路径。研究发现,该文构建的高职体育教育专业教师PCK教学思路框架对教师的教学反思、学生的学习效果及教师的行为、观念转变均具有较为显著的提升效果。
The full implementation of the"double reduction"policy puts higher demands on the subject matter pedagogical content knowledge(PCK)of physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges and universities.In this paper,a PCK framework for higher vocational physical education teacherswas established,and two rounds of action researchwere carried outwith the participation of 15 physical education teachers from three higher vocational colleges and universities in order to explore the path to improve the subject matter pedagogical content knowledge(PCK)of higher vocational physical education teachers in the context of the"double reduction"policy.The study found that the PCK framework constructed in this paper had a significant effect on teachers'reflection on teaching,students'learning outcomes,and teachers'behavioral and conceptual changes.
