摘要
高质量发展成为当下教育的焦点,集团化办学需要从规模扩张向质量精进转变。基础教育集团化办学在快速发展的过程中出现“裂变乏力”的现象。以共生理论为视角,从共生单元、共生模式、共生环境三个维度探索发现,集团化办学缺乏裂变角色,依托于优质校的单边模式简单粗放,办学生态难以均衡;而在成员结构中引入高校后,能弥补裂变角色的缺失,优化办学模式,完善裂变生态。与此同时,要实现裂变的发生,需要优化裂变单元,以优势角色功能铸造互益共同体;创新裂变模式,以师范类高校主导集团化办学;营造裂变环境,以保障机制助力优质高校主导集团化办学。
When high-quality development becomes the focus of education,group school running needs to change from scale expansion to quality improvement.In the process of rapid development,the phenomenon of"gathering but not changing"appears in the group education of famous schools.From the perspective of symbiosis theory and the three dimensions of symbiosis unit,symbiosis model and symbiosis environment,it is found that the group school running of famous schools lacks fission role,and the unilateral mode relying on famous schools is simple and extensive,and the school-running ecology is difficult to balance.At the same time,the introduction of universities into the membership structure can make up for the missing role of fission,optimize the school-running mode,and improve the fission ecology.At the same time,in order to achieve the occurrence of fission,it is necessary to optimize the fission unit and cast a mutually beneficial community with superior role functions.Innovation fission mode,with normal colleges and universities leading group education;Build a fission environment to guarantee the mechanism to help colleges and universities support group education.
